Sherlock Homes was founded by
Mike and Rod Haws in 1996 in
Ogden,Iowa. In 1997 we moved to
Ankeny, Iowa. Mike has been in Real
Estate since 1988 and I have been in
the modular home business since
1993. We have a superior product at a
fair price so that our customer's have
fewer problems and a better value.

We have 2 different types of housing Modular and Manufactured.
Modular
Modular houses are built to a state code. They can be customized and are ready to
go on a basement or a crawl space. We offer two of the best modular's on the market
Wisconsin Homes and Bonnavila. (Prices range from 41 - 65$ per sq. ft.)
Manufactured
Manufactured houses are built to a HUD code. They go on top of the ground and
are ready to move in. They can come singlewide, doublewide, or triplewide. Some
people refer to these as mobile homes. We offer two lines Bonnavilla and Fortune.
